Many of the files from our website come in a zip (.zip) file format. This helps keep the file size smaller. If you’re having trouble opening the files, go to (for PC users) www.winzip.com and download the Winzip program (for free). For Mac users simply double click on the file. This should open it. If you’re having any other troubles do a google search on “how to unzip files.”
